On Christmas Eve 2024, Pope Francis announced a Year of Jubilee. This sacred time in the Catholic tradition invites believers to embrace forgiveness and renewal.
Join this 'pilgrimage of hope' by registering for a catechetical study presented by MQSP Assistant Director of Faith Formation Josh Kilmer. In this study, we will dive into Dr. John Bergsma’s book Jesus and the Jubilee: The Biblical Roots on the Year of God's Favor.
All three sessions will take place at St. John the Baptist Pastoral Center in Msgr. Farri Hall at 6:15PM:
SCHEDULE OF SESSIONS- Session 1: Wednesday, June 4, 2025
- Session 2: Wednesday, June 11, 2025
- Session 3: Wednesday, June 18, 2025

About Josh KilmerJosh Kilmer brings a wealth of experience to his role as Assistant Director of Faith Formation here at Mary, Queen of Saints Parish.
As the youngest of three boys in a military family, Josh grew up in various parts of the country, including Missouri and Washington, before spending much of his childhood in Western and Central Pennsylvania.
In the Spring of 2015, Josh graduated from Saint Vincent College. He continued his education and earned a Masters of Theology from the Augustine Institute in 2020.
Josh and his wife, Catherine, in the Fall will be celebrating their 10 wedding anniversary. They are proud parents of five children.
With over a decade of experience serving the Church in various capacities, Josh finds his greatest joy in roles centered on catechesis. He is eager to share this passion with our parish community.
