This past Friday (6/14/24) after an impressive 47 years of service to the people of St. Frances Cabrini Church and Mary, Queen of Saints Parish, Bob Dusold has decided to hang up his mop and broom and step into a well-earned retirement. To say Mr. Dusold has been a fixture at St. Frances Cabrini would be an understatement! Hired in November of 1977, Bob has been a constant presence through the decades, witnessing many of your family members' milestones — marriages, births of children, and even the joy of seeing those children become grandparents! We extend our heartfelt thanks to 'Bobby' for his dedication and faithful service. Enjoy your well-deserved break, Bob!
As we bid farewell to Bob Dusold, we are excited to welcome Rob Lang to the staff of Mary Queen of Saints Parish. Rob will be stepping into the role of maintenance/janitor, primarily at St. Frances Cabrini, while also spending time at St. John the Baptist. Previously a pipefitter in Brunswick, Georgia, then later at the Shell plant in our area, Rob decided to purchase a home here and make this his permanent residence. With extensive experience in plumbing, electrical work, and a strong mechanical background, we are confident that Rob will be a valuable asset to our parish. Welcome, Rob.
