There will be a second collection the weekend of September 25/26 due to the devastation in Haiti as a result of a 7.2 magnitude earthquake that occurred on August 14, killing more than 2,000 people, leveling homes and leaving thousands without shelter. The people of this Caribbean island are still recovering from the destruction of the horrific earthquake that struck in 2010. Many already face widespread hunger due to drought and economic instability. In addition to your prayers, your donation is critical to aid in the recovery for the people of Haiti.
