Rite of Commissioning & Blessing

On Catechetical Sunday, September 17, 2023, parishes across the country will honor those who share in the evangelizing and teaching mission of the Church through a special Rite of Commissioning and Blessing.  Mary, Queen of Saints parish recognizes all those who teach at Our Lady of Fatima School; the Parish Catechetical Programs, including religious education for children in K thru 8th grade (CCD); adult faith ministries, Grief Support, Youth Group for grades 9 thru 12, OCIA, Baptism Prep, Pre-Cana, and Music Ministries. Those recognized will be commissioned at all Masses this weekend.
