Mission Cooperation Sunday (June 5/6)

Normally, a missionary comes to visit our parish and speak during homily time at Mass. Because of COVID-19 restrictions this year, there will be no in-person talk. The mission group of the Sisters of St Francis of Tiffin, OH serve the poor, with foreign missions and companioning communities in Mexico and El Salvador; and in the U.S., from Appalachian rural areas to the inner city.

“We work to spread the Gospel and strengthen the Catholic Faith through ministries of evangelization, pastoral care, education, prison ministry, emergency food, clothing, shelter and health care. Most of all, the people we meet in our mission territories need your prayers and financial support. Please realize the need is greater than ever.
