Dear Brothers and Sisters in the Lord,

With Gratitude
Thank you for your very generous response to the Benedictine Annual Appeal! Your generous gift will assist our abbey in recruiting new vocations, with providing their seminary education, and providing care for our monks in the monastery infirmary. Thank you very much! Archabbot Martin, Father Thomas More, Father Canice, Father Joachim, Father Cassian, Brother Barnabas and the monks you don’t know yet— we all thank you!

Congratulations to the Winners of the MQS Autumn Sauce-Off!
In the Wing Sauce Category: Andrew Lise!  Chef Drew put together a magic potion that is outstanding, highly addictive and oh so tasty: “HOT HONEY!”
And in the Pasta Sauce Category: (Drum roll please…) Lesa Mastrofrancesco! Her sauce is to die for! Lesa’s sauce is so good, it wakes the dead! People were dying for more! She killed it!

Special thanks to the committee for your outstanding work in planning a great event. To everyone who donated to the baskets – thank you! Thanks to the team in the kitchen! It made me happy to see faces from all four areas of our parish!
