Requesting a Godparent/Sponsor Certificate

A new process has been established for obtaining a Godparent/Sponsor Certificate at Mary, Queen of Saints Parish.  If you are a registered MQSP parishioner in good standing, and have been asked to serve as a godparent or Confirmation sponsor, you can now conveniently request a certificate online.  Simply go to the 'Parish Directory' page and click on the link provided or scan the QR code found in the parish bulletin to access the online request form.  Please allow time for research and processing when submitting your request.
