Parish Leaders: Update Your Group's Listing

As the effort to unite our new parish continues, the lead members of all organizations, associations, and apostolates under the Parish of Mary, Queen of Saints are asked to provide current information on their individual group.  If you are such a group leader, please download the information/update form by CLICKING HERE.  Fully complete; and then, submit the form to any of our three parish offices or conveniently place it in the offering basket at Mass.

Though the submission deadline has passed, please provide your group's information ASAP.

Any organization, association, or apostolate that does not provide a completed form will not be considered for listing on the parish website.  By providing the information, you not only assist the parish in updating records, you also help those who visit our website to understand what Mary, Queen of Saints Parish has to offer as well as create a more welcoming community of faith.
