Now that the name for our new parish has been announced, the next step is to have every registered parish family receive new offering envelopes. As previously mentioned in the bulletin, we have contracted with Church Budget to be our new provider. You will receive your envelopes in the mail beginning the week of June 21, 2021. Please read the following important information:
We now consolidate four parishes into one; even though all four churches will remain open. Our official name is to be ‘Mary, Queen of Saints’; each church will become a ‘worship site’.
The most significant initial change will be consolidating each former parish’s offering envelope system into one new parish system. With this in mind, please note that YOUR ENVELOPE NUMBER WILL CHANGE! Right now each parish had its own numbering system. Currently, there possibly could be one family in each parish with the same envelope number. Obviously, this would not work when consolidating systems as there can be no duplicate offering envelope numbers.
It is extremely important to please look at the your new offering envelope and use your new ID number as printed on it, especially for those who rather than using their offering envelopes just send the parish office a check with their envelope number written on it.
Effective July 1, 2021, if you write a check to make a contribution, the check must be made out to: Mary, Queen of Saints Parish.
Thank you in advance for your cooperation and generosity.
Duplicate Set of Offertory Envelopes?
Please note that there have been duplicate sets of offertory envelopes sent to some of our parishioners. If you received two sets of envelopes, please use the lower numbered envelope and call the parish office at 724.775.6363 ext. 101 so the necessary correction can be made to the database. Thank you in advance for your cooperation and assistance.
