Thank you to all who made this year’s coat drive a success! May God bless you for sharing your abundance! Throughout this year’s coat drive we were able to collect and distribute over 600 coats to local organizations as well as individuals who are homeless. Also, knitted hats and mittens, made by our parishioners, were donated to Catholic Charities and the Beaver County Adoption Council. As a parish we were able to follow the words of John the Baptist from the Gospel of Luke as proclaimed on the Third Sunday of Advent. The Baptizer tells us that if we have two cloaks, give one away to someone who has none. Thank you to all who donated and to those who donated their time to pick up, sort, and deliver the coats to those in need. A special thanks to Snowy White Cleaners for cleaning several coats prior to distribution.
