Faith in Action: Call for Drivers

Additional drivers are needed for the service provided through Faith in Action. Faith in Action is a nonprofit organization that provides clients with rides to doctor appointments within Beaver County.  Clients must be 60 years old or older.  We accept no money for our services.  (Please note that Faith in Action does not provide service to people who cannot get to and from the car independently.)  If you volunteer to be a driver, you must have a current driver’s license, valid auto insurance, a background check and criminal clearance.  (Directions on how to obtain the last two will be provided.)  This is a much needed service in our area.  Faith in Action has provided well over one thousand rides since its inception in Beaver County.  If you are interested in serving God through this ministry, please call Mary Horzempa at 724.774.4289.
