Donations for Christmas Flowers

To address and eliminate situations that have occurred in the past, here are a few requests and guidelines:

• The minimum required donation is $5 to have your loved ones remembered on the Christmas Flowers list
• The deadline for listing in the bulletin is Monday, December 6th
• PLEASE PRINT - to avoid errors and misspellings, please print the names of your beloved whom you wish to remember
• PLEASE USE THE ENVELOPE and limit the names to those who will fit on the lines on the envelope you receive in your envelope packet.  (For example, if you are memorializing your parents, instead of listing them as John Doe on one line and Jane Doe on another, consider writing it as "Mr. & Mrs. John Doe" or "John and Jane Doe". If listing your brothers and sisters, aunts & uncles, cousins, or other loved ones, consider writing: "Members of the Beatle Family" or "John, Paul, George & Ringo Beatle".)
