Christmas Flower Donations

Thought it may seem a tad early, and yet envelopes have started to arrive, perhaps it is later than realized!  Yes, donating for Christmas flowers has begun!  To address and eliminate situations that have occurred in the past, here are a few requests and guidelines:

• The minimum required donation is $5 to have your loved ones remembered on the Christmas Flowers list
• The deadline for listing in the bulletin is Monday, December 5th
• PLEASE PRINT.  To avoid errors and misspellings, please print the names of your beloved whom you wish to remember
• PLEASE USE THE DESIGNATED ENVELOPE and limit the names to those who will fit on the lines on the envelope you receive in your envelope packet.  (For example, if you are memorializing your parents, instead of listing them as John Doe on one line and Jane Doe on another, consider writing it as "Mr. & Mrs. John Doe" or "John and Jane Doe".  Also, a litsing of "Uncle George, Aunt Mary, and cousins Janie, Tommy, Pete & Zuzu Bailey", could simply be requested as "Members of the Bailey Family")
• Note that names that are written on additional pieces of paper will not be accepted.
