Baptism Preparation Class

On Thursday, January 16, 2020 at 7:00PM a Baptism Preparation Class will be offered at St. Frances Cabrini Parish House Meeting Room.  This class is a one-time requirement for parents wishing to have their child baptized.  Topics to be covered include: the Sacrament of Baptism, the Rite of Baptism, and the need for suitable godparents who regularly practice the faith to serve as suitable role models and mentors for the child in the ways of faith.  To avoid embarrassment, please do not choose godparents until you know the necessary qualifications.  To register, call the parish office at 724.775.6363.  This class is only offered once a quarter in our parish grouping, so please anticipate your need to attend, even before the baby is born.
